 JOB SUMMARY

First point of contact for clients to respond to their questions, issues, and requests and coordinate with appropriate people for the resolution of these concerns. Keep track of client concerns and provide status updates and targets through tickets.


 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receive and acknowledge concerns raised by clients and provide the next course of action and target.
  2. Create and update helpdesk tickets based on details and developments related to the concern.
  3. Do everything within one’s abilities to resolve a ticket. Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders if there is something not within one’s ability.
  4. Create materials that will help in reducing future concerns such as guides and manuals.


 QUALIFICATIONS (Emphasize these in your resume!)

Mandatory

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

Nice to Have

  1. Lives in Metro Manila
  2. Currently holds or previously held an Odoo or Customer Service related position
  3. Experience in Odoo development
  4. Experience with ERP or business related systems
  5. Knowledgeable in Accounting and Inventory Management

 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Basic Salary Range: 20,000 - 30,000 PHP
  • 13th Month Bonus
